Korean Samsung Electronics Supporting HUILIN Nitrogen Generator

HUILIN Company successfully established cooperation with SHINMYUNG ENGINEERING, a well-known engineering enterprise in South Korea, at an early stage. They supplied high-purity PSA nitrogen generating units to the Samsung Electronics production base in Huizhou, officially entering Samsung Electronics' global supply chain system.  

The initial cooperation was signed and implemented in July 2014, with a total delivery of three WG-STD49-15 nitrogen generation equipment units. The nitrogen purity can reach 99.99%, and the hourly gas production capacity is 15 standard cubic meters, perfectly meeting the inert gas protection needs for welding and packaging in electronic workshops, component placement, and chip packaging processes.

The electronic manufacturing industry has extremely high requirements for nitrogen purity, gas production stability, and uninterrupted gas supply capability. After rigorous quality audit standards and multiple rounds of screening, our products successfully passed all tests of the Samsung system. Upon arrival of the equipment at the factory, we completed on-site installation and commissioning. Our comprehensive pre-sale solution customization, on-site construction and commissioning, and long-term after-sales maintenance services have been unanimously recognized by our Korean partners and Samsung factory. This cooperation marks a significant project for our company to deeply penetrate the Korean electronic manufacturing market, confirming that the quality of Huilin nitrogen generation equipment meets the stringent production standards of the high-end electronics industry in Korea. It has accumulated experience in delivering foreign trade projects in Japan and South Korea, and laid a solid foundation of reputation for subsequent expansion into precision manufacturing industry customers in Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia.
