Shell Lubricants Cooperation Project in the UK

Relying on its professional air separation equipment R&D and manufacturing capabilities, as well as its one-stop foreign trade service system for expanding overseas, HUILIN Company successfully completed a project collaboration with Shell UK Lubricants Limited, a globally renowned energy giant, delivering complete sets of industrial nitrogen generation units for its UK production base.

The Shell UK lubricant factory requires a continuous and stable supply of high-purity nitrogen for processes such as nitrogen blanketing in oil storage, antioxidant blending in lubricant production, and inert purging of production pipelines. As a top international chemical company, Shell has stringent requirements for the quality, safety standards, automated operational performance, and cross-border logistics delivery capabilities of nitrogen generation equipment. After technical reviews, qualification verifications, and scheme comparisons with multiple suppliers, Shell ultimately selected our company to customize a PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generation equipment.

This batch of equipment is equipped with a full set of EU export compliance documents; upon arrival at the site, we will provide remote professional installation and commissioning guidance, ensuring that all indicators of the unit's production and operation meet the customer's chemical production requirements.
