The HUILIN carbon deoxygenation type nitrogen purification device adopts a carbon combustion deoxygenation+adsorption drying method, using a carbon supported catalyst. The trace oxygen in ordinary nitrogen is burned with carbon to remove oxygen. Its chemical reaction formula is C+O₂ → CO₂, and then impurities such as CO₂ and dust are removed through adsorption drying device to obtain high-purity nitrogen. It is an advanced nitrogen production equipment that can obtain high-purity nitrogen gas (≥ 99.999%) at low cost.

- Towers switch automatically, repair or replacement of dehydration desiccant could be kept without halting production;
- The equipment produce N2 with security and stability, the purity of N2 could be maintained more than 99.9995%;
- Control drying tower automatically, adsorption devices can be switched by PC at the setting time, to eliminate the misoperation caused by switching manually.
