The HUILIN oxygen cylinder filling system consists of two core units: an oil-free oxygen compressor and a high-pressure filling manifold, suitable for steel cylinder filling operations in conjunction with PSA oxygen production. The compressor features multi-stage oil-free boosting to prevent oil and grease contamination of the oxygen, and is equipped with multiple safety protections against overtemperature and overpressure. The filling manifold integrates a high-pressure valve group, pressure gauge, and safety valve, allowing for grouped and alternating cylinder filling, making operation convenient. The entire system is clean and explosion-proof, with stable pressure, meeting industrial and medical oxygen filling standards. It supports customized cylinder filling stations as needed, operates safely and efficiently, and is suitable for use in conjunction with various small and medium-sized oxygen filling stations.
