HUILIN VPSA Oxygen Generator
HUILIN VPSA oxygen generator is a vacuum pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment. It uses air as raw material and utilizes the characteristics of molecular sieves to preferentially adsorb nitrogen and desorb under negative pressure, achieving oxygen and nitrogen separation through a "positive pressure adsorption vacuum desorption" cycle. The system consists of a blower, vacuum pump, adsorption tower, buffer tank, and PLC self-control. The two towers work alternately to continuously produce oxygen with a purity of 90% -95%. Compared to PSA, VPSA has lower regeneration energy consumption, higher recovery rate, and larger single machine oxygen production scale, making it suitable for high flow industrial oxygen supply scenarios such as metallurgy, chemical industry, and environmental protection.
