Huilin has specialized in PSA nitrogen and oxygen equipment since 2009. Across the full production process of our nitrogen and oxygen generators, we implement safety and compliance through eight dimensions:
1. Quality management system: a complete QMS with a designated management representative and a standardized CAPA process closes the loop on deviations, non-conforming products and customer feedback.
2. Design-stage compliance: vessels follow GB150 and other pressure vessel standards; export projects match rules such as ASME, ISO 8010 and SABER. Pipelines use stainless or aluminum alloy; the PLC applies safety-redundant logic with interlocks for over-pressure, over-temperature and similar conditions.
3. Incoming material control: pressure-bearing plates, valves, adsorbents, instruments and PLC components are checked against certificates and third-party reports; non-qualified sources for key parts are rejected, and non-conforming items quarantined and returned.
4. Manufacturing safety control: pressure-bearing welding follows the WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) by certified welders with complete procedure qualification. Special operations such as hot work and lifting need permits; tooling is calibrated; in-process inspection blocks non-conforming work.
5. Inspection and testing: vessels undergo NDT and hydrostatic testing; machines run air-tightness, pressure commissioning, purity and interlock tests; instruments such as pressure gauges and flow meters are calibrated periodically.
6. Documentation: each unit ships with P\&IDs, installation and electrical drawings, conformity and material certificates, welding and test records, pressure-vessel documents, operation and safety manuals and other documents; export units add matching certification under one-file-per-unit traceability.
7. Personnel: welding, NDT, inspection, quality management and similar positions are staffed by certified personnel with regular training; safety duties are assigned to individuals.
8. After-sales: HUILIN provides operation training and collects site feedback; quality or safety hazards trigger CAPA to trace root causes and prevent recurrence.
