Our PSA nitrogen and oxygen generation systems feature modular, customizable design. Flow rate, purity, output pressure and dew point can be adjusted on demand. They suit conventional indoor industrial operating conditions and also support special conditions such as explosion-proof, skid-mounted/containerized, high-temperature and dusty, and outdoor deployment, serving both domestic and export projects across multiple industries.

I. Nitrogen generators 

Electronics/semiconductor and SMT soldering: reflow soldering, wave soldering, chip packaging and 3D-printed metal powder protection; nitrogen purity 99.99%–99.999%.

Lithium battery and new materials: material drying, tank nitrogen blanketing and purging protection, with strict dew-point control.

Heat treatment, powder metallurgy and metal processing: bright annealing of copper and aluminum, quenching protection and laser cutting; purity 99.5%–99.999%.

Chemical and petrochemical: tank nitrogen blanketing, pipeline purging and replacement, and isolation protection for flammable and explosive media; explosion-proof models can be customized for hazardous areas, skid-mounted outdoor installation is supported, and pressure can be adjusted according to pipeline requirements.

Food and pharmaceutical: food nitrogen-flush preservation, pharmaceutical packaging and container replacement; equipment piping and accessories meet cleanliness requirements, with purity 99.5%–99.99%.

Rubber, plastics and grain storage: rubber vulcanization and insect-proof, oxygen-exclusion grain storage.

Other special conditions: containerized skid-mounted configurations for field construction sites and overseas projects; export models can meet certification requirements such as SABER.
