Before Huilin's PSA nitrogen and oxygen systems leave the factory, special component testing and complete-machine systematic testing are performed. The company's sales service standard adds a 72-hour continuous full-load trial with comprehensive testing of purity, flow rate, pressure, dew point, energy consumption and stability, accompanied by an official factory inspection report and all measured data.
I. Pressure-bearing component inspection: Hydrostatic testing verifies tank strength with no leakage or deformation. NDT detects internal weld defects per pressure-vessel standards. Air-tightness testing pressure-holds the tank and piping at all welds, flanges and joints, with no leakage.
II. Component calibration and testing: Pressure gauges, flow meters and pressure sensors are checked for accuracy. Solenoid and pneumatic valves are tested for reliable switching with no sticking or leakage. Molecular sieve loading amount and packing density are checked to prevent run-out and channeling.
III. Complete-machine testing: Gas purity is verified against contract values via gas analyzer (nitrogen 95%–99.9995%, configurable). Output flow is measured under rated conditions (capacity 0.1–10,000 Nm³/h). Pressure commissioning tunes working and adsorption pressures (typically 0.1–0.8 MPa, adjustable). Dual-tower switching cycle tests verify PLC logic and timing.
IV. Safety interlock testing: Over-pressure alarm and pressure-relief action are verified under simulated over-limit conditions. Abnormal-pressure interlock logic is verified to prevent over-pressure operation.
V. Appearance, configuration and documentation: Appearance, markings, piping and wiring are checked against the order. Document set: certificates, material reports, test reports and manuals, archived one file per unit.
